Chrome extension with DOM injection and shadow-DOM overlay across 3 platforms. Multi-stage email verification and pre-send quality gating with a global learning loop. Webhook orchestration: signal → enrichment → outbound.

Real-time LLM agent over iMessage handling threaded replies, reactions, and voice messages. Donation flow integrated into agent context with safe handoff to human staffers.
Insurance Broker

Problem
Brokers spent 60+ minutes per lead on PDF extraction, follow-up, and scheduling. Response latency cost deals.
Build
OCR PDF-extraction → rules-based routing → AI follow-up agent → calendar sync. Domain-trained broker bot escalating to human only when required.

Zendesk Integration
Problem
Synthetic refund patterns evaded human review and eroded margin at scale.
Build
Real-time pattern-detection layer over the Zendesk ticket stream. Behavioral signals surfaced into the existing support queue at intake.
Internal Platform
AI Context Engine & Multi-Agent Refactor
Growing codebase accumulated dead code, unused files, and import cycles. Manual cleanup didn't scale. Built an 8-agent orchestration pipeline triggered from a single prompt — GitHub Actions now regenerates CLAUDE.md and ARCHITECTURE.md per commit, keeping architectural context always-current.
